• Must be between 18-39 years of age on May 11, 2010
• Must reside or work in Sheboygan County
• Must demonstrate service and commitment to the community
• Nominations are open to the public
• Coastal Connections Core Team members are not eligible 

NOMINATION PROCESS

1. You may be the nominator and also nominate someone else by completing and submitting the nomination form.

2. You may self-nominate by completing and submitting the nomination form.

3. Nomination form (click here) must be completed and accompanied by a summary in less than two double-spaced pages answering the following:
        > "I believe this individual should be recognized because..."
        > What accomplishments has the nominee achieved through his/her career?
        > How has the nominee distinguished himself/herself as a community leader?
        > How will this person make a difference in the community in 5 to 10 years?

4. All nominations are due to the Sheboygan County Chamber of Commerce by 4 p.m. Wednesday, March 31, 2010. Late nominations will not be accepted.

5. Submit nomination forms in one of the following ways:

SELECTION PROCESS

• An independent panel of judges will narrow down the nominations and the top honorees will be awarded. The judges decisions are final.
• Honorees must agree to be profiled in a special publication
• Honorees will be recognized at the Coastal Connections Membership Meeting on Tuesday, May 11, 2009.

• Nominations open March 1, 2010
• Nominations close on March 31, 2010, at 4 p.m.

CEREMONY DETAILS

Awards will be presented at the 2010 Coastal Connections All-Member Meeting, Tuesday, May 11, at Town & Country Club.

In addition to the awards, attendees will meet and mingle with the Coastal Connections Core Team, members and guests, while enjoying complimentary appetizers and drinks from the cash bar.
